Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope and provider

(1) These terms govern the use of the AllesKlarGermany website and web application (the "Service"), operated by: Loránt Máté, Lerchenfeldstr. 10, 79199 Kirchzarten, Germany, email: kontakt@allesklargermany.de (the "Provider", "we").

(2) The Service is aimed at consumers. The contract language is German; this English version is a non-binding courtesy translation.

§ 2 The Service

(1) The Service enables the creation of resumes following German application standards, with a multilingual interface.

(2) Free features: the resume builder with a basic template and PDF export. Use without an account stores data locally in your browser only; with a free account, documents can also be saved to your account.

(3) All features currently offered are free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid additional features; we will provide information about their terms and prices in good time before introduction.

(4) We may develop, change or discontinue the Service with effect for the future where reasonable for users.

§ 3 Account and registration

(1) An account is required to save documents. Registration is complete only after email confirmation.

(2) You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information.

(3) Keep your credentials confidential. Accounts are non-transferable; one account per person.

(4) You can delete your account at any time under "My Account". Deletion irreversibly removes your stored content.

§ 4 Your content

(1) The content you enter (resume data, texts, photos, signature) remains yours. You grant us the simple, revocable right to process this content solely to provide the Service (storage, display, PDF generation).

(2) You warrant that you are entitled to use the content you enter and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

(3) You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your application documents.

§ 5 Acceptable use

(1) The following are prohibited in particular: automated access (bots, scraping), circumventing usage limits, creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, reselling the Service, and entering unlawful content.

(2) In case of violations we may, after warning — or immediately for serious violations — suspend features or terminate the account. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

§ 6 Availability

We strive for continuous availability. Short interruptions, e.g. for maintenance or updates, may occur. There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

§ 7 Liability

(1) We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act.

(2) For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

(3) Any further liability is excluded.

§ 8 Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms for the future, for instance when the feature set, the legal situation or case law changes. We will inform registered users of material changes by email or at the next login. The currently published version applies to continued use.

§ 9 Final provisions

(1) German law applies. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain unaffected.

(2) We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
